“This is a part of a series of paintings where I base them off of photos I’ve taken of tech or buildings and flora. I want to include contemporary technology and architecture with my style of painting flowers. I think it would be fun to think about people in the future looking at this thing that is a relic of our current times.
I took this picture in little Haiti aka Miami design district in 2022. I really try to find the beauty in every day life and use myself as a filter and make a painting out of that. I hope you can look at this and see something interesting and familiar to your own life. “
